The Functional State Corrector (FSC), invented by Sergei Koltsov, is a magnetic medium on which vibratory information is recorded. In particular, there are FSCs containing information from various sacred sources or energy sites with specific healing and vitalization properties.

FSCs are mainly used to structure water and aqueous media and to correct energy structures.

The mode of action of the FSC is by contact. Thus, to structure water, a glass must be placed above or below the FSC.
